What we do
Here at People Powered Change, we support organisations, teams and people to successfully implement lasting change. Our projects cover all sorts of topics – from exploring and implementing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and values programmes, through to resolving disharmony, crafting more efficient processes and helping groups of people communicate and work better together.
We don't use business jargon*
We’re not into jargon, being overly formal or telling people what to do. Instead you can expect a down-to-earth approach that’s inclusive for everyone.


Our tricks of the trade
There’s not a one-size-fits-all approach here. We’ve got a varied toolkit of approaches, skills and methods which we use to provide bespoke project delivery. From personality profiling through to systemic coaching, facilitation and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – take a look at some of the techniques we’ll be bringing into play.
How we work
We know that change can feel unnerving. But with our experience in facilitation and a custom designed, engaging experience – we’re used to getting everyone involved in the safe space that we create. Every project we work on is carefully planned to gently ease people into the process and empower them to embrace honest conversations and be part of the change.




Who we are
At the heart of People Powered Change is two guys with a great friendship and a shared passion for making peoples’ work and home lives better. We’re down-to-earth and think of ourselves as a ‘critical friend’ for organisations – helping to ask challenging questions, spark honest conversations and inspire positive change that will make a lasting impact.
The impact personally has been huge, when I look back where I was when I started the programme to where I am now, I just have so much more confidence and belief within myself, I enjoy work so much more and I work better as part of a team as I’ve got a better understanding of different people’s personalities.
